Sofa Alba wykonana bardzo solidnie, świetnie wypełnione poduchy, równiutkie szwy, dzięki czemu mebel wygląda bardzo ładnie. Mebel użytkowany dopiero od 2 tygodni, więc póki co wszystko super. Jakość wybranego materiału obiciowego, można będzie ocenić po dłuższym czasie, choć z pełną świadomością kierowałam się raczej jego wyglądem niż parametrami :) Jeśli będę wdzięczny przyszłości zmieniać sofę, na pewno wybiorę ponownie coś z oferty TakeMeHome.

The chair is very comfortable and attractive. However, we’re surprised by one poorly thought-out detail that somewhat tarnishes the positive impression. When we try to move the chair, we grab it from underneath—only to find an unpleasant surprise in the form of exposed screws securing the seat. The screw holes are quite sharp. This definitely needs to be fixed.

I thought the furniture would be natural oak, which is a richer color than bleached oak. The furniture looks like it has a bleached finish, which unfortunately makes it look a bit like beech. Otherwise, everythingis OK.Seller’s response: The CANVA and DANTE chairs are made of oak. Over time, the color will take on a darker shade and a warmer tone.

I was wondering whether to give it a 5 or a 4, and I decided on a 4 because:
- the drawer doesn't slide out very smoothly ; the slides could be better, - the bottom of the drawer could have been finished smoothly instead of having the mechanism exposed on top; I could feel it rubbing against the cabinet when wiping off dust (you can’t see it), - while unpacking, the cap on one of the screws fell off, But overall, the desk is very nice—exactly what I wanted—and I’m satisfied. Best regards, MonikaSeller’sresponse: The MARCEL desk drawer features a bottom-mounted soft-close slide. The slide is attached to the bottom of the drawer and must not be obstructed by anything in order to function properly. We’re glad you like the MARCEL desk!

An anonymous malcontent
The piece of furniture is nice and well-made. It probably could have been cheaper, but I saw the price before buying it, so, well... However, I do have some reservations about the delivery time. It said the lead time was 20–30 days, but it ended up taking twice as long. On top of that, I had to keep asking when it would be ready. Delivery was free, but carrying it upstairs cost 250 zł. The delivery window was from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you want to reduce the wait time to 4 hours, pay an additional 50 zł. Kudos on your customer service approach ;)Seller’sresponse: We’re glad you like our furniture! The processing time for your order was 20–30 business days, so your order was scheduled to ship on July 10. After mutual agreement, your order was ultimately shipped on July 19, resulting in a delay of 6 business days. We apologize once again for this delay! The order price includes free freight shipping on a pallet, without a carry-in service, as shipping companies do not provide such a service. You also selected the paid service for dedicated delivery with carry-in. This service is provided by Zadbano, a company that specializes exclusively in furniture transport and offers a range of optional paid amenities that you may, but are not required to, use.

The chairs themselves are of lower quality than the ones I bought two years ago. You can tell by the quality of the wood—the grain pattern and the finish after sanding. They aren’t 100% smooth.
