Vintage-style wooden desk
MARCEL is a contemporary, modern desk whose design draws inspiration from the timeless Bauhaus style. It is not only beautiful but also very practical.
Vintage Bauhaus-style desk
The Marcel wooden desk draws inspiration from Bauhaus-style desks from the first half of the 20th century.
The perfect desk for working from home
The desk has a hole in the tabletop to route computer and lamp cords away from the surface. This keeps the desk surface tidier and leaves more space for working.
Desk with a storage unit
The desk comes with a cabinet featuring a drawer and a storage compartment, which can be mounted on the right or left side. The top of the cabinet, like the main desk top, has special protrusions that allow it to serve as an additional shelf or document tray.
Stainless Steel Desk—Even More Bauhaus
The Marcel Burko is also available with legs and handles made of polished stainless steel. This is one of the most characteristic materials for furniture in this style, designed in the first half of the 20th century. Among the best-known examples are the Wassily Chair and the Laccio coffee tables—designed by Marcel Breuer—and the Barcelona Chair—designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich.
