Kinga Wysocka
Poland
An architect specializing in interior design for private and public spaces. Since 2006, she has been the owner of her own design studio, which bears her name. She graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in Łódź and later from the Faculty of Architecture at the Łódź University of Technology.
She completed an internship at Arquitetura Oscar Ferreira in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. She began her professional career at architectural firms in Warsaw—DJiO and smz.architekci—as well as interior design firms such as MM Idea and De Novo.
She has won numerous awards in photography competitions. The Łódź Photographic Society hosted a solo exhibition of her photographs.
What matters most to her is combining functional spatial solutions with unpretentious stylistic simplicity and modern forms. This idea is also evident in the furniture designs she has created fortake me HOMEbrand. She combines minimalism and geometric shapes with the ingenuity of an unconventional arrangement of diagonals, creating an interesting effect, as seen, for example, in the Cień model.
